You don’t need any prior knowledge of bikes, and they teach you how to tune gears, change cables, sort brakes, fix a broken chain and just how to generally care for your bike. I no longer need to take my bike in for a service or every time I hear a funny noise from the gears!

Very good day spent with excellent and patient tutors. Great foundation in the fundamentals and I’ll almost certainly be returning for the Day 2 course. Thank you, I learnt loads.

Did the Day 1 course, as instructed by Mike and Julien. Both were very good at explaining things, and were very helpful in demonstrations and guiding us through maintenance on our bikes. The small group size means the day is very relaxed and any questions get answered.

Could not recommend this course more. Really good and patient leaders , very knowledgeable and very clear. As a complete novice I found certain aspects of the course challenging but was helped every step of the way. superb demonstrations but plenty of hands-on time. If you like cycling you need to do this course

Really enjoyed the intensive day 1, tutors were friendly and very attentive and learnt loads from the day. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning more about how your bikes works and more importantly about how to fix it.
