The Bristol Bike Project

After School Bikes

A free, drop-in workshop for young people aged 8-18yrs to learn how to fix their bike.

Here’s how it works

After School Bikes is a drop-in bike repair workshop for 8-18 year olds, running every Friday from 3pm-5.30pm. Young people are invited to bring in their bikes for repair, working alongside one of our staff or volunteer mechanics.

This workshop is all about getting stuck in and learning to DIY, so anyone coming along should be prepared to get their hands dirty! As well as teaching new skills, we offer young people from all backgrounds and of all genders the opportunity to spend time in a supportive, stimulating and non-judgemental environment.

This is a drop-in workshop so no booking is required, but please be aware that there may be a wait if the workshop is busy as numbers are limited due to health and safety.

This workshop is free. New and used parts are sold at very discounted prices.
By coming to this workshop, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
